What Is Your Mood Goal

When thinking about your daily mental wellness, identifying your primary mood goal is the first step, as we go through different moods depending on our experiences throughout that entire day. It also keeps changing after meeting different people; their conversations affect us and how we respond to them. Sometimes a sad conversation makes us a little sad for a while, whereas a loving hug just after that shifts our mood entirely. How we live, whom we meet, and what kinds of music we listen to affect our mood on a daily basis.

Seeing negative news on the TV gives us a quick shift in our normal feelings to go haywire. But then, when we eat something good, we suddenly forget the sad news. Our moods shift because it’s a temporary feeling due to different things which keep affecting us in our daily life. Home decor especially becomes the most important to us because we live in that environment most of the time, especially when nowadays we work from home. The colors on the wall affect us, the spider web gives us a cringe for a few seconds, and our mood shifts. The cleanliness and smell in the house, the noise outside, and the noise from the neighbor affect our mood continuously.

If we only know what kind of mood we want to be in, then only we can actually create a surrounding like that which can help us keep our mind and heart having good feelings all the time.

Find Your Little Happy Corner

There is always a corner in our home which is our favorite place; it can be our personal room, a corner study area, a window with greenery outside, anything. That space has something which gives us comfort and which matches our inner self.

Different people have different mood bases based on their age, their lifestyle, their age, and what they are doing in their life. What is their goal? What is your mood goal? What kind of mood do you want to stay in? There must be something which inspires you. It can be a wall decor, it can be your daily-used mug with something inspiring printed on it.

Let Your Surroundings Remind You

We all are visual beings; whatever we see affects us, affects how we feel, and what mood we then end up being in. The best way is to keep something motivational in front of your eyes, so that you feel good whenever you are drifting to something which is not so pleasant.

For example, the wall decor “Live in the Now” is a reminder that if we choose to live in the current state and we, with focus, sort out the matter we are currently dealing with, we can quickly finish it and move on to something better. No space for useless thoughts, is it?

Another example is “the mug with printed plants” — this is a great reminder for people who spend a lot of time on the computer and they forget to take some time out and live with nature. A continuous focus on the screen can dull your mood after a while, but every time you take a sip, the mug is reminding you: go take a break, meet your plants more often. This is a good mood shift. And you might end up making gardening your hobby; what better mood can there be than this?

Choose Things With Meaning

Unwanted things are available all around us, but if we deliberately make our surroundings with things which will help us in keeping our mood good, then we should definitely take the effort. This is also a good idea to gift someone a reminder to feel good with many good printed products, one of which is a poster — “Bloom Without Permission.”The best gift for someone who hesitates to share their talent; this will definitely help them in keeping their emotions in check.

You can look for many such gifts online or you can make them yourself, which becomes a reminder rather than just an object.

Mood kharab hone ke kai karan hain par theek karna hamari marzi hai.Which means we are surrounded with many depressing things around us, but it is up to us to choose the better and right mood for ourselves.

Choose Art for Where You Are in Life

Choosing the right art for our mood or what mood we want can also be achieved by deciding what is our goal in life or in the current state of life. Am I trying to achieve something? Am I feeling lonely or lacking motivation?

Based on this, we can get posters and wall decor to place in front of our study table or working desk.

It can be “Enjoy” wall decor. It’s a great reminder to stay in the state of joy wherever you are. You don’t need external things if you yourself are a joyful person.

For a person who is an artist, an influencer, a content creator, or a designer, then “Create Daily” wall decor is the best. It will always tell them to create daily, even if it’s something small, sometimes for others and sometimes just for yourself, like a cup of sweet drink with something crunchy.

Don’t Forget to Make Room for Rest

Creating a space for our own self is a therapeutic habit which also helps us know ourselves better day by day. Knowing ourselves helps us sort out which moods suit us and which do not.

For many, a lot of stress is also manageable, but for many who need their energy used in creativity or brain work, they cannot manage stress for a long time because it affects their productivity. For them, the best way is to keep something loving in front, like the coaster “Beautiful” or the coaster “Love,” something like this.

As a designer, I personally feel sometimes I need to remember that overworking is not good for health, and health is needed to perform well. For that, I keep this “Sleeping Owl” coaster always with me. It gives me an assurance that an owl too needs to rest, so do you — that’s why I love it.

We should surround ourselves with things which make us feel good and keep us in motion to not get lazy, like the “Make It Happen” poster. “Little drama, little push” — we all need, don’t we?

Bring a Little Nature Into Your Space

A green plant is a great mood enhancer, like a money plant or a small bamboo plant on our table. It’s green, it’s alive, and it’s your perfect companion in this digital world.

Let us know what’s your favorite plant; comment on us.

Mine is Sadabahar-Vinca on my balcony because, to people, it’s ordinary, but it’s medicinal, it survives in every climate, and it grows on its own. The best part is it’s always flowering, and we all should be too.

Surround Yourself With What Makes You Feel Like You

Share your favorite mood enhancer. Is it your mug? Is it a gift? Is it a wall decor? A plant? We would love to know it.

Place and decor things which make you feel better. Art which makes you feel you.

Are you shy? Then “Bloom Without Permission.”

Are you distracted by things? Then focus more.

If you are searching for answers no one has, then look within first.

Are you always angry? Then shift your mood to a “Calm and Focused” desk mat.

These are some examples of how you can choose art around you based on your need. You can also check our collection of wall decor, desk mats, posters, and mugs. Plenty of ideas!

Love yourself and gift the same to others. Love doesn’t mean being so “lovey-dovey” — it can simply be a suggestion! A thought, something you cooked, a song, or just spending some time with them.
